Website and app use

Hormigón y Hormiguita offers a public website and a family-friendly mobile app. The website introduces the game, songs, characters, support, press information, and official channels. The app is designed for family play and adult guidance for young children.

Original content and intellectual property

Hormigón y Hormiguita, its characters, names, text, songs, artwork, visual identity, press materials, and game elements are original content owned by their rights holders. Copying, selling, modifying, distributing, or using the brand commercially requires written permission.

Family use

The experience is intended for families. Responsible adults should supervise young children's use of digital resources and review family controls provided by stores or external platforms.

Optional purchases

The app may offer an optional full-world purchase. This purchase is not a required subscription. App Store or Google Play process payments, receipts, and restore requests according to their own rules.

Availability

We work to keep the site, app, and official channels available, but changes, interruptions, maintenance, updates, and differences by store, device, or territory may occur.

Brand restrictions

Do not use the Hormigón y Hormiguita name, characters, music, logos, images, screenshots, or materials in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, official product status, or authorization without written permission.

External platforms

Links to YouTube, stores, or other external services are governed by their own terms, policies, and controls.
