Before contacting us
Close and reopen the app, check that the device has internet access if the issue involves the store or restore, confirm that you are using the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase, and update the app from the store if a new version is available.
Report a problem
Include a short description, device model, operating system, store used, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not send children's personal information.
Purchase and restore
The app may offer an optional full-world purchase. App Store or Google Play handle payments, receipts, and restore. We do not ask for card details and cannot see your card number.
